1. Definitions

"PrintForge" refers to the website ttcspl.tech and the entity operating it. "Customer" refers to any individual or organisation placing an order.

2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed only when payment is received and artwork is approved.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if the artwork violates our content policy.

3. Artwork & Intellectual Property

You warrant that you own or have the right to use all artwork submitted for printing. PrintForge is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-supplied designs.

4. Production & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed. Delays caused by force majeure, courier issues, or artwork revisions do not entitle the customer to a refund.

5. Quality & Returns

Our quality standards and return process are detailed in our Returns & Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

PrintForge's total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
