Information We Collect

Account & Order Data

Name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, GST number (if provided), and order history.

Payment Data

We do not store card numbers. Payments are processed by Razorpay and subject to their security policies. We retain only a transaction reference and the last four digits of the payment instrument.

Uploaded Files

Artwork files you upload are stored securely and used solely to fulfil your order. Files are automatically deleted 90 days after order completion unless you choose to save them in your account.

Usage Data

IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source. Collected via server logs and analytics tools.

How We Use Your Data

• Process and deliver orders.

Data Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate — payment gateways, shipping partners, cloud hosting, and email/SMS providers. We never sell your data to third parties.
