What is the minimum order quantity?

It varies by product. Visiting cards start at **100 pieces**, flyers at 100, and large-format items at a single piece. The quantity stepper on each product page will not let you go below the minimum.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes, until you approve the proof. Once you approve, the job goes to the press and cannot be changed. Contact us from **My Orders → Need help** as early as you can.

Do you offer samples before a bulk run?

We do. Order a sample kit from the product page, or request a single-piece press proof for large runs. Sample cost is adjusted against the bulk order.

Can I reorder something I printed earlier?

Every delivered order has a **Reorder** button that copies the exact configuration and artwork into a new cart, so nothing has to be re-uploaded.

What file formats do you accept?

Print-ready **PDF** is best. We also accept AI, PSD, TIFF, JPG and PNG. SVG is not accepted for print because it renders inconsistently across RIPs.

What is bleed and do I need it?

Bleed is 3 mm of artwork extending past the trim line so a slight cutting drift never leaves a white edge. Our preflight checks for it and can add it automatically by mirroring your edges.

What resolution should my images be?

**300 DPI at final size.** Between 150 and 299 DPI we will warn you; below 150 DPI we fail the file because the result will visibly pixelate.

Should I supply RGB or CMYK?

CMYK. If you send RGB we convert it and show you a before/after preview — bright RGB blues and greens shift noticeably, so please check the preview before approving.

What happens if preflight fails my file?

You get a plain-English report naming each failed check. Most issues have a one-click auto-fix. Your original file is never overwritten — a fix creates a new version.

I do not have a design. Can you make one?

Use the free online studio and its templates, or add our **design service** at checkout and a designer will draft it for you.

How is the delivery date calculated?

Production days for your chosen turnaround, plus courier days for your PIN code, counted over working days. Sundays and public holidays are skipped; Saturdays count.

What is the same-day cutoff?

**12:00 IST.** Orders confirmed with approved artwork before noon ship the same working day. After noon the clock starts the next working day.

If we print it wrong, we reprint it free or refund in full. Because every job is made to order, we cannot refund a correctly printed job or an error present in an approved proof.

No — guest checkout works end to end. You can convert the guest order into an account afterwards and keep its history.

How do I set up business pricing for my team?

Create an organisation from **Account → Business**, invite your team, and we will attach a negotiated price list. Orders above your approval threshold route to an approver first.
