Production Time

Standard production takes 2–4 business days from artwork approval. Express production (1–2 business days) is available on select products for an additional charge displayed at checkout.

Shipping Timelines

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune) — 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Tier-2 cities — 4–6 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India — 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery pin code. The exact charge is displayed on the checkout page before payment. Orders above ₹2,000 qualify for free standard shipping to metro cities.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your order tracking page.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
